Dolce Melba is a small company based in Chicago, IL. Unfortunately at this time we only serve local customers and do not ship our products.

Quantities

Many of our treats are very sweet and a small portion size is fine. Tarts or cheesecakes each serve ten to fourteen. A 1lb package of cookies contains approximately 24 cookies.

Product ingredients

Our baked goods are not wheat or gluten free and may contain nuts. We do not use nuts in all our recipes, but some products may contain trace amounts of nut oils. Those with allergies to wheat, gluten or nuts should refrain from consuming our products.

How soon should I get in touch with you?

All our treats are preservative free, baked to order and made from scratch to ensure freshness and quality. We prefer 7 days advance notice for all orders.

Payment Info

We use PayPal for processing credit cards, a PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.
